Dave Seaton
Director
A commercial career spanning over 40 years, with senior executive positions across oil
and gas services (Schlumberger), security (ArmorGroup International) and support services.
He began as an accountant and rose to CFO and then CEO of ArmorGroup International plc,
leading its 2003 MBO, its 2004 Main Listing IPO on the LSE, and its 2008 sale to G4S. During
his tenure the group grew more than fourfold — from around $80m revenue to over $360m —
through diversification into new services and territories. He led every acquisition in that
period, including a mine-clearance business, a K&R consultancy and a specialist training
business.

three years, then moved into UK outsourced facilities management. As Director of Business
Development at ArmorGroup plc he led the engagement and negotiation of the first commercial
mine-clearance contract in West Qurna, Iraq, and has since been CEO of RPSG.
